This year’s headliners are Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Brent Ridge, forever known to fans as The Fabulous Beekman Boys. They will appear all three days of the show at the Raleigh Convention Center on Feb. 17-19.
The News & Observer is sponsoring the show’s cooking stage. Several local chefs from restaurants and food trucks will be doing cooking demonstrations. Here is the schedule:
Friday: 1:30 p.m. chef Teddy Klopf of Raleigh’s Provenance; 3:30 p.m. Hibernian Pub; and 5:30 p.m. chef Jonathon Botta of Raleigh’s Whiskey Kitchen.
Saturday: 12:30 p.m. chef Paul Fontaine of Raleigh’s Babylon; 2:30 p.m. pitmaster Wyatt Dickson and pig farmer Ryan Butler of Durham’s Picnic; and 3:30 p.m. Mama Voula’s Mediterrarean Cuisine.
Sunday: 2:30 p.m. chef David Wagner of Baozi food truck; 3:30 p.m. chef Heladio Hernandez of Qspresso food truck; and 4:30 p.m. Sarge’s Chef on Wheels.
