The Pittsboro-based Fair Game Beverage Co. is hosting a release party from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Saturday for the public to taste its barrel-aged spirits.
The Chatham County distillery will be serving tastes of their No’Lasses Sorghum Spirit and Apple Brandy as well as cocktails made with those spirits and its fortified wines. KokYu BBQ food truck and Capp’s Apizza will be selling food. A deejay will spin music for the first part of the evening and local Americana band Gasoline Stove will play later in the evening.
The event is being held at 193 Lorax Lane, Pittsboro.

The tasting room is open 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Tours costs $10 a person and are held 6 p.m. Thursdays and 1:30 p.m. Sundays. Reservations required; call 919-245-5434.
