Rx Wine lab offers Raleigh pop-up events

Rx Wine Lab, the brainchild of master sommelier Fred Dexheimer, will be hosting a series of events this summer in Raleigh’s Glenwood South.

First up is a “Pink Wines and Whole Hogs” event on July 16. It will offer a sneak preview of the food that will be served at Picnic, a Durham restaurant opening this fall by chef Ben Adams and whole hog barbecue pitmaster Wyatt Dickson. Dexheimer will choose rose wine to pair with the food.
