The options have expanded to include lunch menus and do-it-yourself progressive dinners.
Participants restaurants will offer three-course prix fixe dinners for $20 or $30 per person or $5 or $10 lunch menus. The progresive dinner include a special appetizer, entree or dessert.

Here’s an example of the three-course prix fixe dinner offered at Raleigh’s Gravy for $30:
First course: Risotto balls, bruschetta, hearts of Romaine salad, prosciutto arugula and tomato sandwich or a caprese salad.
Second course: Mustard seed-encrusted fish with butter braised local beans and potatoes; lamb ragu with onions, carrots, tomato, toasted bread crumbs, house mint pasta; seared pancetta-wrapped chicken with tomato, grean bean and pea risotto; cavatelli and pesto; or eggplant pie.
Third course: Tiramisu or cannoli.
