Learn how to ferment your sodas at Raleigh class

Piedmont Picnic Project is hosting a DIY Fermentation class from 2-4 p.m. Feb. 20 at Ramble Supply Co.

Students will learn two techniques for fermenting their own sodas at home: fermenting using a kombucha scoby, which will be provided, and fermenting by growing a ginger bug.

The cost is $40 and includes a DIY kombucha starter kit and one cocktail made with fermented soda.
