Raleigh’s second location of b.good, a fast-casual eatery, is opening Thursday on Raleigh’s Fayetteville Street.
The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. in the ground floor of the Charter Square building.
North Carolina’s first location of b.good opened at North Hills in October 2014. The chain has 35 locations in the United States and Canada. The 3,500-square-foot restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating.
The chain markets itself as serving locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients in the fast casual genre. It serves Harris-Robinette beef from Pinetops, kale and sweet potatoes from Burch Farms in Faison, milk and ice cream from Maple View Farm in Hillsborough, burger and sandwich buns from The Bread Shop in Pittsboro, sharp cheddar cheese from Ashe County Cheese in West Jefferson and jalapeno-pimento cheese from Red Clay Gourmet in Winston-Salem.

The downtown location will only serve North Carolina craft beers. Current offerings include Big Boss Brewing Co., Check Six Brewing Co., Crank Arm Brewing and White Street Brewing Co. are on tap, along with a hard cider by Noble Cider.
The restaurant is located inside 555 Fayetteville Street. Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
