Winter is finally behind us when the asparagus shows up at the grocery stores and the farmers markets.

We have three wonderful recipes for our favorite spring vegetable on The Recipe site. The recipes range from easy to more complicated. If you want a simple preparation, you can’t go wrong with Sara Foster’s Lemon Roasted Asparagus. If you are willing to do a bit more work, try the Sauteed Asparagus with Grandma Weigl’s French Dressing. For a date night or dinner party, you are sure to impress with the Seared Scallops with Asparagus and Creamy Applewood Bacon Succotash from Saxapahaw General Store.

We share all those recipes at nando.com/recipe.
