There are still tickets available for the first ever Fork2Farmer event, where chefs promote hands-on visits to the small local farmers that supply their kitchens.
The evening starts at Raleigh’s Old Milburnie Farm where diners will meet farmer Daniel Dayton and may help with some light farm work.
The evening will progress to a three-course dinner at Raleigh’s Centro Restaurant. Chef and owner Angela Salamanca will prepare the meal using ingredients from Dayton’s farm.
