The Dilweg Companies announced Wednesday that it has acquired 12 Triangle office and flex-space buildings for $89.5 million.
The portfolio contains 773,000 square feet, and includes the office properties Park Forty Plaza in Durham, RDU Center II and III in Morrisville and NorthPark I and II in Wake Forest. The flex properties include five buildings that make up the One North Commerce Center in Raleigh and two Cary buildings known as MacGregor Place.
This is Durham-based Dilweg’s largest acquisition to date.
The company now owns 4.7 million square feet of space in the Southeast.
