Check your calendars, folks, because I’m teaching a special “lunch-and-learn” coupon class next week and it’s completely free.
Lunch is free, too, thanks to class sponsor, McDonald’s restaurants of the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina.
The two-hour workshop will be from 11:30 to 1:30 on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at the McDonald’s restaurant at 1830 Walnut St., Cary.
While you eat, I’ll be teaching about coupons -- both basic and advanced techniques to save on groceries and other household expenses.
I’ll be devoting a segment of the class to digital coupons and mobile coupon apps to help save you money on the go.
The marketing team at McDonald’s will make a brief presentation on a new mobile app for McDonald’s restaurants in our area, which will give you personalized discounts and free offers on your phone.
Class attendees will also receive McDonald’s coupon prize packs.
