My grocery bill at Harris Teeter this morning should have been $69.58.
After coupons, I paid $2.76.
Here's what I bought today during the first day of Harris Teeter’s Super Double coupon event along with the coupons I used:
3 Hershey’s Spreads - three $1.50/1 coupons from the newspaper

3 Wet N Wild nail polish - three $1/1 coupons from the newspaper
3 Barilla entrees - three $1/1 coupons from the newspaper

In the end, I saved 96 percent.
Of course, you can’t save that much on every shopping trip. I’ll have to head back to the store later this week to pick up milk, produce and some of the ground beef that Harris Teeter has on sale this week. But promotions like these are a great way to stock your pantry.
If you've never tried your hand at shopping during a Super Double coupon event, check out my list of freebies and good deals HERE. You can score most of these deals using the coupons from recent Sunday papers.
