For the second week in a row, you can score a free gallon of milk at Kroger when you buy three boxes of cereal -- your choice from all the major brands. Use coupons and you’ll walk out paying as low as $3 for the cereal and the milk, a fantastic deal. Wisk is also a great buy this week at just $1.50 per jug after coupon.

Without coupons, look for nice deals on split chicken breasts for just 99 cents per pound, asparagus, tomatoes, apples, pears, celery, lettuce and greens.

You can also get 20 percent cash back when you buy cabbage, which is on sale for St. Patrick’s Day for just 39 cents per pound.
