Statistically speaking: Most customers want a fast response to their email

According to a 2014 small-business survey by GoDaddy.com, 53 percent of customers expect a response to email within four hours. Here are other numbers from the report:

72% Owners who want access to their own email, calendar and electronic device rather than have an assistant.

37% Owners who work while on the go from odd places such as the side of a cliff, a horse’s back and an aircraft carrier.

86% Owners who use desktop productivity software that prevents them from seamlessly working anywhere.
