WILSON: "I fell asleep on the couch, and I woke up and she was on the floor, and I told her to get up and she wouldn't get up. And she's dead."

OPERATOR: "OK, you said ... are you sure she's dead?"

WILSON: " ... She's not breathing and she's cold."

OPERATOR: "She's cold to the touch?"

OPERATOR: "And you're sure she's cold to the touch?"

WILSON: "Yes, her arms are, but her face is warm. She, she's got blue lips, and she's not breathing."

OPERATOR: "OK, is she breathing at all?"

WILSON: "No."

OPERATOR: "OK, let me get them on the way and I'll come right back to you, OK?"

WILSON: "OK."

OPERATOR. "Hold on one sec for me." (Pause.) "OK, I'm going to tell you how to do CPR, OK?
