The final Chatham Street Chowdown of the year is in downtown Cary Sunday afternoon with more than 20 food trucks and a slew of wine and beer vendors.
Here’s what you need to know.
When: Sunday, October 2 from 4-8:30 p.m. The event is held rain or shine.
Where: The event will stretch across East Chatham Street, between Harrison Avenue and Walker Street.
Who will be there? American Meltdown, Annelore’s German Bakery, Baguetteaboutit, Barone Meatball Company, Big Mike’s BBQ, Chirba Chirba Dumpling, CJ’s Street Food, Cousins Maine Lobster, Dusty Donuts, Gussy’s Greek, Heavenly Smoke, Hibachi Xpress, Mr. A’s Beignets, My Cup Overflows, Parlez-Vous Crepe, Philly’s Cheesesteaks, Pho Nomenal Dumpling Truck (which won the sixth season of the Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race”), Qspresso, Rolling Bistro, Stuft, The Ice Queen and The Wandering Moose.

Entertainment: Peak City Sound will play soul, pop and rock from 4 to 6 p.m. while the Jason Adamo Band takes the stage from 6:30-8:30 p.m. with alternative rock music. The entertainment stage is on the northern side of the intersection of Chatham and Walker streets.
Road closings: Chatham Street will be closed from 1 to 10 p.m.
Parking: Handicapped-accessible parking is available off North Academy Street, across from the Cary Depot at the Depot’s overflow parking lot.
