‘The Brightest Light’

‘A Christmas Story’

Winter’s Eve

The Cary Town Band will host a Carol Sing-A-Long 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at the Cary Senior Center in Bond Park, 120 Maury Odell Place. There will be music to celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas, Winter Solstice and the New Year.

Holiday Pops

The Concert Singers of Cary will sing holiday music 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, and 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. Karen Hart will join the singers as a soloist, guitarist and percussionist. Winter Concert Series

As part of the Winter Concert Series of the Friends of the Page-Walker Hotel, performances will begin 4 p.m. Sundays at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary. Season tickets cost $60; tickets to individual performances cost $15 at Here’s the schedule:

Weaving class
