The Village Art Circle Gallery in Cary, owned by JJ Jiang, will celebrate its second anniversary Friday, June 26, from 6 to 9 p.m. as part of the monthly Final Friday art walk. The gallery will present an exhibit titled “Crossroads,” featuring work by Jiang (pictured) and Jiang’s students. The exhibit celebrates the gallery’s mission as a place to gather, learn and create. International Day of Yoga

A yoga day will be Sunday at the Hindu Society of North Carolina, 309 Aviation Parkway, Morrisville. The event begins at 8 a.m. with yoga postures and meditation with special yoga sessions for sleeplessness and back pain at 10 a.m. A speech on yoga is at 1 p.m. Admission is free. Landfill tour

Wake County’s Solid Waste Management Division is hosting a tour of the South Wake Solid Waste Facilities from 9:30-10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. to noon and 1-2 p.m. at 6300 Old Smithfield Road, Apex.
