White Plains United Methodist Church’s square dance fundraiser for international missions is 6:30-9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at 313 SE Maynard Road, Cary. There is no admission fee and donations will be accepted.

‘The Tree’

Bazzel Creek Missionary Baptist Church’s production of “The Tree” is at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at 1228 Wilbon Road, Fuquay-Varina.

Concert for a Cause

Kirk of Kildaire, Presbyterian is raising money for a piano for a seminary in Tanzania with a concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, at 200 High Meadow Drive, Cary. The concert features Abe Caceres, the Shaw University Concert Choir and the church’s choirs. Donations will be collected.

Missions Yard Sale

The Missions Yard Sale for Church Outreach Ministries is 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 5, at White Plains United Methodist Church, 313 SE Maynard Road, Cary. Shoppers will choose donations to offer for items.

Easter egg hunts

Ambassador Presbyterian Church’s community Easter Festival and Egg Hunt is 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at 1010 Schieffelin Road, Apex.

There will be an Easter egg hunt for ages 12 and younger, inflatables, carnival games and prizes and lunch. If it rains, the event will be on Saturday, March 26, instead.

Sunrise United Methodist Church’s Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, March 19, at 5420 Sunset Lake Road, Holly Springs.

Purple Cloth 5K

The Purple Cloth 5K fundraiser for Dorcas Ministries, hosted by Genesis United Methodist Church, will be on Saturday, May 7. purplecloth5k.com.

Soul Yoga
