Family to Family
Registration is under way for the Family to Family program sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Wake County. The free program is for friends and family of adults with mental illness.
A 12-week course is available from 6:30-9 p.m. Tuesdays beginning June 14 in Raleigh. A six-week course will meet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays beginning Oct. 1 in Cary.

Anxiety support groups
Free support groups to help children manage anxiety are available at Wendy Hill Counseling, 1135 Kildaire Farm Road, Suite 200, Cary. Days and times will be scheduled based on a participant’s availability. Groups for elementary, middle school or high school students are available.
