The Orange County Solid Waste Management Department will begin conducting brief customer surveys Monday, Oct. 27, at the county’s five solid waste convenience centers.
The surveys will be used to help the county evaluate the program and give users an opportunity to comment on the sites. The verbal survey is brief and should only take about one to two minutes to complete.
The anonymous surveys will be conducted at random by identifiable staff members throughout the course of each day. Users will be asked to identify if they live within town limits or outside the town limits. Not all sites will be surveyed at the same time.
The surveys will be conducted until sufficient data is obtained, but it is anticipated that the surveys could continue into early 2015. Solid Waste Management staff thank residents in advance for their cooperation.
