Carrboro

• Jesse Mutua, 19, of 1000 Smith Level Road Apt. F16 was charged Oct. 9 with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering, police reported.



• Andrew Phillip Curry, 28, of 411 Clover Lane Apt. C, Raleigh was charged Oct. 7 with felony larceny by an employee, police reported.



Chapel Hill

• Donna Christine Owens, 51, of 111 Britt Court was charged Oct. 13 with felony possession of stolen goods, police reported.



• Antoinette Dominick Smith, 40, of 1060 N.C. 54 A2 was charged Oct. 13 with felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, police reported.



• Charles Stanly Gear, 55, of Chapel Hill was charged Oct. 9 with felony possession of cocaine, police reported.



• Andre David Bond Jr., 23, of Durham was charged Oct. 8 with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony identity theft and misdemeanor resisting a public officer, police reported.



• James Gorham Jr., 44, of Chapel Hill was charged Oct. 7 with felony possession of cocaine, police reported.



• Tyrone Keith Riggsbee Jr., 25, of 106 Forsyth Drive Apt. B was charged Oct. 7 with several felony counts of failure to appear on a felony, police reported.



• Police reported break-ins to:



- a home on the 200 block of Jay Street Oct. 13 in which entrance was gained through an unlocked door and property stolen.

- a home on the 700 block of Gimghoul Road between Oct. 11 and Oct. 12.

- a home on the 200 block of Mitchell Lane between Oct. 11 and Oct. 12 in which electronics and jewelry were stolen.

- a home on the 500 block of Church Street Oct. 11 in which a door was kicked open to enter and steal items.

- a homeon the 100 block of Botanical Way Oct. 6 in which a door window was broken with a brick to gain entrance.

- a home on the 100 block of East Rosemary Street Oct. 5 in which entrance was gained through an unlocked door.

- a home on the 100 block of West Longview Street in which the home was entered through an unlocked door and electronics, cash and an electric toothbrush were stolen.

Hillsborough

• Shelby Jean White, 49, was charged Oct. 15 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while license revoked, police reported.



• Jerome Norman Mcpherson, 63, was charged Oct. 14 with felony first-degree sexual offense of a child, police reported.



• Edward Leroy Brodie Sr., 42, was charged Oct. 14 with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and felony obtaining property by false pretense, police reported.



• Edward Leroy Brodie Jr., 25, was charged Oct. 14 with felony breaking and entering and felony obtaining property by false pretense, police reported.



• Moses Emanuel Whitfield, 19, was charged Oct. 14 with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny, police reported.



• Brittney Lavon Allison, 20, was charged Oct. 12 with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, police reported.



• Carlton Junior Alston, 60, was charged Oct. 11 with felony assault with a deadly weapon with inflicting serious injury, police reported.



• Kavid Reshown Haith, 23, was charged Oct. 10 with felony probation violation, police reported.



• Ronnie Lorenzo McKeithan, 36, was charged Oct. 9 with several felony counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and second-degree kidnapping as well as a count of felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, police reported.



Dreycell Markees Johnson, 24, was charged Oct. 9 with felony parole violation, police reported.

• Shawn Edward Hoffman, 22, was charged Oct. 8 with felony conspiracy, felony first-degree arson, felony failure to appear on a felony and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, police reported.



• Laura Denise Duggins, 46, was charged Oct. 8 with felony probation violation, police reported.



• Tony Russell Merritt Sr., 56, was charged Oct. 7 with felony littering greater than 500 pounds and felony fugitive from another state, police reported.
