The East Wake School of Health Science will host its second annual community night, “Catastrophes,” from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, at 5101 Rolesville Road, Wendell.
The evening will spotlight student projects from all curricular areas that focus on preventing or mitigating catastrophes around the world. The event will be an open house format and students will be available to discuss their projects.
There will be interactive activities for children, as well as a green screen set up for guests to create video souvenirs. The school will also lead guests through an interactive engineering activity during the event.
