Ray Price Harley-Davidson and the Raleigh Harley Owners Group will host a Toys for Tots Ride Saturday, Dec. 6. For the past month, the dealership has collected donated toys and bicycles to share with underserved youth in the community. Riders will depart the dealership at 1126 S. Saunders St., Raleigh, at 11:30 a.m. They will stop in Raleigh for a wreath ceremony, and then deliver 70 bicycles and $3,000 in cash and toys to Marines working with the Toys for Tots program at the Lone Star Steakhouse at 6601 Knightdale Blvd., Knightdale.
The public is invited to participate in the event at the Lone Star Steakhouse, where the Toys for Tots Classic Car & Bike Show will be held that afternoon. Area residents can drop off toys at the dealership through Dec. 6. Motorcycle riders of all makes are invited to participate in the ride. For details, call Kris Weiss at 919-256-2104.
