Garner arrests

▪  Oct. 7, 10 a.m., Charles Michael Padgett, 30, of 517 Haywood St., Raleigh, was charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor larceny.

▪  Oct. 8, 2:20 a.m., Byron Eugene Seward, 55, of 140 Peace Lane, Clayton, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of burglary tools.

▪  Oct. 8, 9:20 p.m., Brian Anthony Smith, 32, of anywhere in Raleigh, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

▪  Oct. 11, 2:20 p.m., Daron Jahques Jones, 26, of 1120 Taos Trail, Raleigh, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense.

▪  Oct. 11, 4:30 p.m., Robert Louis Brown, 65, of anywhere in Garner, was charged with second-degree trespassing.

▪  Oct. 11, 9:20 p.m., Corrina Marie Davidson, 26, of 218 Bedrock Drive, Garner, was charged with simple assault.

▪  Oct. 11, 9:47 p.m., Toni Simone Harris, 20, of 910 Vernon St., Garner, was charged with failure to appear for a simple assault charge.

▪  Oct. 11, 11:08 p.m., Drew Clark Peterson, 30, of 1431 Tumbling Stone Way, Garner, was charged with drunken driving.

▪  Oct. 13, 9:35 a.m., Brittany Keon Williams, 25, of 702 Buck Branch Drive, Garner, was charged with failure to appear for driving with a revoked license and failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

▪  Oct. 13, 10:45 a.m., Reynaldo Herminio Chavez-Sosa, 29, of 4400 Twig Court, Apex, was charged with failure to appear for drunken driving and failing to stop at a red light.

▪  Oct. 13, 11:45 a.m., Christopher Nicholas Markham, 21, of 921 East Gilbreath St., Graham, was charged with possession of heroin and failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license in Alamance County.

▪  Oct. 13, 3:10 p.m., William Henry Harrell III, 29, of 7301 Stonecliff Drive, Raleigh, was charged with resisting a public officer, shoplifting and second-degree trespassing.

▪  Oct. 13, 8:20 p.m., Tyshawn Walik Foster, 20, of 1840 Scholar Circle, Raleigh, was charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to sell or distribute, possession of heroin with the intent to sell or distribute and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for selling drugs.

▪  Oct. 7, 11:16 a.m., someone reported they had things stolen from their car in the 4400 block of Jessup Drive.

▪  Oct. 7, 12:12 p.m., employees at Intown Suites reported someone vandalized or damaged their motel in the 1400 block of U.S. 70 West.

▪  Oct. 7, 12:33 p.m., someone reported they had things stolen from their car in the 4000 block of Vesta Drive.

▪  Oct. 7, 1:11 p.m., employees at Burlington Coat Factory reported someone stealing suits from their store in the 1200 block of Timber Drive East.

▪  Oct. 8, 12:29 a.m., someone reported their car was damaged in a parking lot in the 100 block of Shenstone Boulevard.

▪  Oct. 8, 2 a.m., Garner Area Ministries reported a burglary and damage to a window and wall in their building in the 500 block of Village Court.

▪  Oct. 8, 2:15 a.m., Lin Cleaners reported a burglary at their business in the 200 block of Aversboro Road.

▪  Oct. 8, 10:03 a.m., employees at Target in the 1000 block of Timber Drive East reported someone attempting to steal a cellphone case from their store. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Oct. 8, 5:35 p.m., employees at BJ’s Warehouse in the 200 block of Shenstone Boulevard reported someone stole a 32-inch Samsung television from their store.

▪  Oct. 8, 7:20 p.m., employees at Murphy’s gas in the 4500 block of Fayetteville Road reported someone shoplifting. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Oct. 8, 9:23 p.m., police responded to a report of drugs in the 100 block of Cabela Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Oct. 9, 9:43 a.m., someone reported their car was stolen in the 1500 block of U.S. 70 West.

▪  Oct. 9, 10:15 a.m., someone reported their lawn equipment was stolen from their home in the 100 block of Vista Ridge Lane.

▪  Oct. 9, 1:17 p.m., someone reported a credit card fraud at a financial institution in the 300 block of Vandora Springs Drive.

▪  Oct. 10, 8:24 a.m., Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge reported tires and rims stolen from their parking lot in the 200 block of Waterfield Ridge Place.

▪  Oct. 11, 12:07 a.m., police reported someone having and using drugs in the 1200 block of Poole Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Oct. 11, 3:39 a.m., police reported someone seling and using drugs from their home in the 1500 block of Pinewinds Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Oct. 11, 11:52 a.m., someone reported a fraud in the 100 block of Cedar Lane.
