Garner arrests

Feb. 21, 12:50 a.m., Tamara Penland Harlow, 49, of 3106 Golddigger Road, Clayton, was charged with driving while impaired.

Feb. 21, 4 a.m., Chenin Leia Gower, 26, of 2341 Milburnie Road, Raleigh, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substance and felony possession of marijuana.

Feb. 21, 10:20 a.m., Rachel Marie Aviles, 16, of 140 Gentle Rio Court, Garner, was charged with simple assault.

Feb. 22, 12:15 p.m., Walter Thomas Terry Jr., 50, of anywhere in Raleigh, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and resisting a public officer.

Feb. 23, 1:38 a.m., Gregory Daniel Wilson, 32, of 203 Bainbridge Circle, Garner, was charged with driving while impaired.

Feb. 25, 1:25 p.m., Nicholas Terrigno Jr., 31, of 300 New Rand Rd. Garner, was charged with driving while impaired.

Feb. 27, 1:05 p.m., Mary Ellen Reed, 27, of 2913 Eric St., Willow Spring, was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses and uttering a forged instrument in Duplin County.

Feb. 27, 6 p.m., Randy Joe Faircloth Jr., 21, of 1324 New Bethel Church Road, Garner, was charged with driving with a revoked license and simple possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 27, 6 p.m., Jennifer Casey Irving, 28, of 1324 New Bethel Church Road, Garner, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse.

Feb. 21, 12:51 a.m., the state reported an incidence of driving while impaired by a driver driving along the 200 block of U.S. 70 West. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 21, 3:31 a.m., someone reported a theft from a motor vehicle parked on a street in the 100 block of Vista Ridge Lane. The thief stole a wallet.

Feb. 21, 4:41 a.m., the state reported two drug offenses in the 7900 block of Fayetteville Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 21, 9:39 a.m., someone reported a theft from a motor vehicle in a parking lot in the 100 block of Annotto Bay Lane. The thief broke into six cars and stole cash, a GPS and a backpack valued at $152.

Feb. 21, 3:09 p.m., someone reported a theft from a motor vehicle at a home in the 100 block of Ashlyn Ridge Drive The thief stole money and an iPad all valued at $40.

Feb. 21, 4:24 p.m., the state reported a case of driving while impaired by a driver traveling along Benson Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 21, 5:41 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting and trespassing. The thief stole a cellphone charger valued at $28.57. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 22, midnight, the state reported someone driving while impaired on the 2400 block of New Bethel Church Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 22, 2:22 a.m., the state reported someone driving while impaired on U.S. 70 Highway East at Management Way. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 22, 8:01 a.m., someone reported breaking and entering and a theft from a motor vehicle in the 9300 block of Glendora Court. The thief reportedly stole $10,000 in cash from the car.

Feb. 22, 9:38 a.m., someone reported their car was stolen from their home in the 100 block of Clayfield Drive. The car was a 2013 silver Ford Explorer XLT. Inside the car were credit cards, a purse and checks. The total value of the car and items is $25,000.

Feb. 22, 10:15 a.m., someone reported their motor vehicle was broken into while it was parked at their home in the 100 block of Clayfield Drive Nothing was reported stolen.

Feb. 22, 11:26 a.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting of men’s apparel valued at $237. The suspect was later charged with resisting arrest. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 22, 1:07 p.m., someone reported theft from a motor vehicle in a parking lot in the 300 block of Whithorne Dr. The thief stole $23 in cash from the car.

Feb. 22, 7:27 p.m., someone reported a physical assault at a home in the 200 block of Lane of Sir Gawaine. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 23, 1:35 a.m., employees at Carolina Billiards reported a burglary at their establishment on 533 Plaza Circle. The person who broke in forced their way into the establishment but nothing was reported stolen.

Feb. 23, 1:42 a.m., the state reported someone driving while impaired in the 100 block of Bainbridge Circle. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 23, 10:11 a.m., someone reported a burglary of a home in the 100 block of Hunting Court. Nothing was reported stolen.

Feb. 23, 10:43 a.m., someone reported a larceny after their bike was stolen in the 900 block of Curtiss Drive. The bike was valued at $110.

Feb. 23, 10:47 a.m., someone reported a theft from a motor vehicle parked at a home in the 500 block of Stronwood Court. The thief stole stereo equipment worth $200.

Feb. 23, 12:56 p.m., someone reported trespassing on the campus of Garner Magnet High. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 23, 2:03 p.m., employees at Walmart reported a larceny and an assault at its grocery and supermarket section. The thief stole animal food. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 23, 1:41 p.m., the state reported someone having a concealed weapon on the campus of Garner Magnet High. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 23, 8:12 p.m., someone reported their car was stolen in a parking lot area in the 4800 block of Fayetteville Road. The car was a black 2009 Kia Sorento. The car is valued at $9,900. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 24, 10:25 a.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting. The thief stole food and beer valued at $441.

Feb. 24, 4:53 p.m., someone reported a larceny from their home in the 200 block of Trail of Merlin. The thief stole prescription drugs from the home of an elderly person.

Feb. 24, 5:55 p.m., employees at State Employees Credit Union reported someone obtaining property under false pretenses.

Feb. 25, 1:03 p.m., the state reported fraud and someone driving while impaired. The driver had three alcoholic beverages. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 25, 2:16 p.m., someone reported a burglary in the 800 block of Vandora Avenue. The thief stole copper from the home valued at $5,000.

Feb. 25, 7:53 p.m., the state reported a narcotics possession and someone driving while impaired in the 100 block of U.S. Highway 70 East. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 26, 5:10 p.m., the state reported a narcotics buy at a home in the 100 block of Acentala Court. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 27, 3:13 p.m., employees at Belk, 1450 Garner Station Blvd. reported shoplifting. The thief stole clothes valued at $123. The case was cleared by arrest.

Feb. 27, 8:33 p.m., someone reported damage to property and vandalism to their home in the 900 block of Seventh Avenue.
