Garner Arrests

▪  April 3, 6:45 p.m., April Danielle Chace, 19, of 108 Rose Court, Benson, was charged with shoplifting concealment of goods.

▪  April 3, 8:10 p.m., Jeremy Keith Pendergraft, 23, of 905 Seventh Ave., Apt. 36D, Garner, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving with a revoked license.

▪  April 4, 4:50 a.m., Paul Joseph Max Romeo, 22, of 1308 Lakeside Drive, Garner, was charged with disorderly conduct, drunk and disruptive and resisting a public officer.

▪  April 6, 10:48 a.m., Nicholas Alexander Sanders, 17, of 3821 Vesta Drive, Raleigh, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny and resisting a public officer.

▪  April 7, 12:45 a.m., Gregory Earl Williams II, 27, of 2412 Remington Road, Raleigh, was charged with maintaining a dwelling for drugs, selling, buying and possessing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park and forgery.

▪  April 8, 6:30 p.m., Rachael Elizabeth Peterson, 41, of 1201 Northview St., Garner, was charged with driving with a revoked license.

▪  April 9, 1:10 p.m., Herbert Thomas Daniels, 68, of 220 Snow Ave., Raleigh, was charged with attempted larceny.

▪  April 9, 3:58 p.m., Brent Ashley Woodlief, 30, of 6005 River Landings, Raleigh, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

Garner Incidents

▪  April 3, 8:43 a.m., someone reported vandalism at their home in the 100 block of Harper Street. Someone slashed the tires on their two cars, a 1981 blue Chevy Silverado and a 2003 Chevy Avalanche.

▪  April 3, 12:30 p.m., someone reported their car stolen from their home in the 600 block of Buffaloe Road. The car was a 2003 Ford F150 XL white pickup truck. In the car were power tools.

▪  April 3, 5:57 p.m., the state reported a drug offense and concealing equipment in the 1300 block of Lakeside Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 3, 6:30 p.m., employees at Kohl’s reported shoplifting at their store. The alleged thief stole a tank top worth $10. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 4, 4:10 a.m., the state reported someone was drunk and disruptive and resisted public arrest in the 1300 block of Sycamore Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 5, 11:53 a.m., employees at Logan’s restaurant reported someone using counterfeit money to pay for food.

▪  April 4, 2:13 p.m., someone reported an assault at a home in the 100 block of King Arthur Trail.

▪  April 4, 3:01 p.m., employees at Lowe’s Home Improvement reported shoplifting of a power washer worth $699. The thief got away.

▪  April 5, 2:05 a.m., someone reported vandalism at their home in the 100 block of Atchinson Street. Damage was done to their car.

▪  April 5, 11:53 a.m., employees at Logan’s restaurant reported someone using counterfeit money to pay for food.

▪  April 5, 1:30 p.m., someone reported a theft from their car after a license plate was stolen from their car at their home in the 900 block of Vernon Street.

▪  April 5, 5:17 p.m., someone reported the theft of a GPS from their car parked at a gas station in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 70.

▪  April 5, 6:37 p.m., someone reported an assault in the 100 block of Ashlyn Ridge Drive.

▪  April 6, 6:03 a.m., someone reported their car was stolen from a parking lot in the 600 block of Park Ridge Road. Their car is a 1999 green Honda Accord 4S.

▪  April 6, 10:02 a.m., employees at Woody Built Custom Home reported damage to property. A window was broken at the residence in the 100 block of Mariah Towns Way.

▪  April 6, 11:59 a.m., someone reported a burglary at their home in the 2000 block of Ackerman Road. The thief broke a window and stole two televisions, an XBox 360, video games, money, a laptop, two pair of shoes and medicine all worth $5,441.

▪  April 6, 1 p.m., someone reported a burglary at their home in the 4400 block of Jessup Drive. The thief stole furs worth $1.

▪  April 6, 1:55 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting at their store. The thief stole women’s hair products. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 6, 3:04 p.m., someone reported a burglary at their home in the 3800 block of Vesta Drive. Nothing was reported stolen but the door lock and door frame were damaged.

▪  April 6, 6:39 p.m., employees at Chick-Fil-A on Timber Drive reported a fraud and larceny by trickery.

▪  April 7, 8:05 a.m., employees at Target on Timber Drive reported shoplifting at their store. The alleged thief stole 10 packs of gum and pistachios and Systane eyedrops. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 7, 8:28 a.m., someone reported a theft from their car while it was parked in a parking lot in the 100 block of Griffith Street. The thief stole a power washer from the car.

▪  April 7, 11:28 a.m., the state reported someone buying or possession drugs in the 2100 block of U.S. Highway 70 east. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 7, 4:35 p.m., the state reported someone in possession of drugs and concealing drug equipment in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 70 east.

▪  April 8, 9:30 a.m., someone reported credit card fraud at an automated teller in the 2500 block of Timber Drive.

▪  April 8, 6:11 p.m., someone reported a fraud obtaining money under false pretenses at a home in the 100 block of Havenview Court.

▪  April 9, 12:36 p.m., someone reported a credit card fraud at a home in the 5400 block of Cazelet Court.

▪  April 9, 3:20 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting at their store. Someone stole NFL and baseball cards. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  April 9, 6:37 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting from their store. Someone stole hair color products, broccoli, sugar and an express chopper. The case was cleared by arrest.
