Garner arrests

June 5, 11:20 a.m., David Earl Fagan, 55, of 2858 Filbert St. Raleigh, was charged with felony larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and possession of stolen goods.

June 5, 7 p.m., Christopher Lamont McLamb, 27, of 2608 Goshawn Ln. Raleigh, was charged driving while license revoked.

June 6, 11:30 a.m., Evan Paul Allison, 25, of 1501 Buckingham Road, Garner, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

June 6, 3:42 p.m., Alton Reginald Morgan Jr., 34, of 824 Glen Laurel Road, Clayton, was charged with habitual larceny.

June 7, 8:30 p.m., Crystal Lynn Barbee, 37, of 7679 Hinnant Edgerton Road, Kenly, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of marijuana and driving with a revoked license.

June 9, 8:40 a.m., Denzel Nafeece Palm, 22, of 101 Karen St., Cary, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute.

June 10, 5:40 p.m., Laqueena Marie Avery, 22, of 2906 Providence Road, Raleigh, was charged with assault and battery.

June 10, 6:30 p.m., Charlie Antonio Hayes, 47, of 1523 Mechanical Blvd., Garner, was charged with breaking and entering and first-degree trespassing.

June 4, 11:10 a.m., someone reported credit card fraud at a bank on Timber Drive.

June 4, 2:31 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting at their store. The thief stole women’s closes. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 4, 8:02 p.m., employees at Walmart reported a theft of a purse with cash, a social security card, keys and a work permit.

June 5, 7:07 a.m., someone reported damage to their car sitting in a parking lot in the 600 block of Maxwell Drive.

June 5, 11:39 a.m., management at Taco Bell reported an employee embezzled money from the restaurant.

June 5, 11:49 a.m., someone reported fraud and impersonation at a retail establishment in the 100 block of Shenstone Boulevard.

June 5, 6:23 p.m., employees at Walmart reported shoplifting of groceries. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 5, 6:30 p.m., the state reported a drug offense at a home in the 100 block of Birdie Drive.

June 5, 7 p.m., the state reported a drug buy on a street in the 100 block of Weston Road.

June 6, 10:34 a.m., employees at Mr. Tire reported shoplifting. A tire was reported stolen.

June 6, 10:50 a.m., someone reported a larceny at a residence in the 100 block of Buffaloe Acres Lane. An iPhone 6, a Dell computer and cash were reported stolen.

June 6, 2:35 p.m., employees at Belk reported shoplifting at their store. The thief stole shirts. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 7, 5:17 p.m., someone reported vandalism to their car while it was parked at their home in the 100 block of Bushberry Court.

June 7, 8:20 p.m., employees at Kohl’s reported shoplifting at their store. The thief stole men’s and women’s shoes and perfume. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 7, 9:09 p.m., someone reported a burglary at a residence in the 2000 block of New Bethel Church Road.

June 7, 10:19 p.m., someone reported an assault in the 100 block of Winterlochen Road.

June 8, 8:26 a.m., someone reported a theft from their car while it was parked at their home in the 100 block of Gussett Road.

June 8, 2:11 p.m., someone reported an assault at a home in the 200 block of Weston Road.

June 8, 3:38 p.m., someone reported theft from a building at a home in the 4000 block of Tharrington Road. $900 in precious metals and jewelry were reported stolen.

June 8, 9:13 p.m., someone reported an assault at a restaurant in the 100 block of Shenstone Boulevard.

June 9, 8:20 a.m., the state reported a drug buy in a parking lot in the 8000 block of Hebron Church Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 9, 9:01 a.m., seven people reported thefts from their cars in a parking lot in the 500 block of Dynamic Drive.

June 9, 11:42 a.m., employees at Gold-N-Pawn reported someone had obtained property by false pretense.

June 9, 1:23 p.m., someone reported a theft from a building in the 200 block of Shenstone Boulevard.

June 9, 4:46 p.m., employees at Ulta Beauty Shop reported shoplifting from their store. The thief stole five beauty aids. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 9, 5 p.m., employees at Cabela’s reported shoplifting at their store. The thief stole a rifle site. The case was cleared by arrest.

June 9, 9:48 p.m., employees at Chick-fil-A reported someone using counterfeit money.

June 10, 6:20 a.m., someone reported a theft from their car while it was parked at their home in the 500 block of Westonridge Road.

June 10, 7:28 a.m., someone reported a theft from their car while it was parked at their home in the 1500 block of Miriam Avenue. More than $3,400 in power tools were reported stolen.

June 10, 10:26 a.m., someone reported a theft from their car while it was parked at their home in the 900 block of Powell Drive.

June 10, 5:56 p.m., employees at Home Depot reported shoplifting from their store. The thief stole light bulbs and blades. The case was cleared by arrest.
