Garner arrests

▪  Nov. 8, 4 p.m., Adam Matthew Giantonio, 26, of 105 Taunton Court, Garner, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a controlled VI substance and drunken driving.

▪  Nov. 10, 2:30 p.m., Tyler Brett Hewitt, 22, of 214 New Rand Road, Garner, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny and assaulting a woman.

▪  Nov. 11, 8 a.m., Milton Obdulio Flores, 34, of 1801 Williamsburg Road Apt. 32F, Durham, was charged with drunken driving.

▪  Nov. 11, 11 a.m., Aaron Jamel Downer, 20, of 258 West Croft Drive 202, Garner, was charged with forgery of instrument and simple drug possession.

▪  Nov. 11, 3:25 p.m., Jeremy Leon Conyers, 24, of 1834 Spring Drive, Garner, was charged with assaulting a woman.

▪  Nov. 11, 5:30 p.m., Nashalie Keylanie Rivera, 17, of 1104 Kay Falls, Willow Spring, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

▪  Nov. 12, 8:55 a.m., Tierra Brady, 25, of 703 Powell Drive, Garner, was charged with failure to return rented property.

▪  Nov. 12, 9:50 p.m., Luis Alexander Rincon-Romero, of 404 Bryan St., Garner, was charged with simple drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

▪  Nov. 6, 11:23 a.m., employees at Wal-mart in the 4500 block of Fayetteville Road reported someone shoplifting from their store.

▪  Nov. 6, 1:04 p.m., someone reported someone stole from their home in the 1200 block of Poplar Avenue.

▪  Nov. 6, 2:50 p.m., someone reported their car was stolen behind a building in the 3200 block of Benson Road.

▪  Nov. 6, 6:07 p.m., someone reported their car was broken into in the 100 block of Shenstone Boulevard. A backpack and textbooks were stolen.

▪  Nov. 7, 12:06 a.m., police reported a drug offense in the 100 block of Garner Station Boulevard.

▪  Nov. 7, 12:19 a.m., police reported a drug offense in the 100 block of Fayetteville Road.

▪  Nov. 7, 6:21 a.m., Garner Area Ministries in the 500 block of Village Court reported someone broken into their building, damaging a door and window and stole $4,700 in cash.

▪  Nov. 7, 6:09 p.m., someone reported they were assaulted at their home in the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue.

▪  Nov. 7, 7:35 p.m., police reported a drug offense in the 800 block of Aversboro Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 8, 1:20 a.m., someone reported their car was damaged in the 5900 block of Raynor Road.

▪  Nov. 8, 12:14 p.m., someone reported a larceny from their car in the 700 block of Umstead Lane.

▪  Nov. 8, 1:15 p.m., someone reported a larcey from their home in the 600 block of Cross Pointe Lane.

▪  Nov. 8, 3:23 p.m., police reported a drug offense in the 100 block of Yeargan Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 8, 3:24 p.m., someone reported their car was damaged and license plate stolen from their home in the 1500 block of Lakeside Drive.

▪  Nov. 8, 7:54 a.m., multiple people reported their cars broken into in the 200 block of Dullis Circle.

▪  Nov. 8, 8:05 p.m., someone reported they were assaulted at their home in the 100 block of Lyle Road.

▪  Nov. 9, 5:19 a.m., Quality Design and Construction reported a burglary at their establishment in the 3800 block of Junction Boulevard.

▪  Nov. 9, 6:38 a.m., Creations Cabinetry and Design reported a burglary at their store in the 3800 block of Junction Boulevard.

▪  Nov. 9, 6:59 a.m., New South Construction reported a burglary at their office in the 1400 block of Mechanical Boulevard.

▪  Nov. 9, 8:57 a.m., someone reported their wheels and a window were stolen from their car at work.

▪  Nov. 9, 1:53 p.m., Raleigh Property Management reported someone damaged a refrigerator and door in one of their residences in the 100 block of Stowe Place.

▪  Nov. 10, 10:15 a.m., employees at Target in the 1000 block of Timber Drive reported someone broke an anti-theft device and stole from their store.

▪  Nov. 10, 10:35 a.m., someone reported their home was vandalized in the 1100 block of Brucemont Drive.

▪  Nov. 10, 12:10 p.m., employees at National Entertainment in the 2600 block of Timber Drive reported a larceny from their supermarket. Someone stole a bouncy ball machine and coins in the machine.

▪  Nov. 10, 1:15 p.m., someone reported a burglary at their home in the 400 block of Machost Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 10, 3:04 p.m., employees at Wal-mart in the 4500 block of Fayetteville Road reported two instances of shoplifting from their store.

▪  Nov. 11, 7:48 a.m., David Pruitt Electrical Company reported a burglary in the 5200 block of Raynor Road.

▪  Nov. 11, 8:13 a.m., someone reported their car was broken into in the 1300 block of Brompton Lane.

▪  Nov. 11, 11:14 a.m., police reported a drug offense in the 200 block of West Croft Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 11, 2:11 p.m., someone reported they were assaulted in a a parking lot in the 1800 block of Spring Drive.

▪  Nov. 11, 5:06 p.m., employees at Kohl’s in the 100 block of Shenstone Boulevard reported shoplifting from their store. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 11, 7:30 p.m., someone reported the theft of their trailer and equipment from a parking lot in the 100 block of Donnmoor Drive.

▪  Nov. 11, 8:10 p.m., employees at Wal-mart in the 4500 block of Fayetteville Road reported shoplifting from their store. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  Nov. 11, 10:01 p.m., someone reported they were robbed for $40 in cash in the 3700 block of Wakefield Lane.

▪  Nov. 12, 6:38 p.m., employees at Burlington Coat Factory reported shoplifting from their store in the 1200 block of Timber Drive East.
