Crime arrests

▪  July 8, 11 p.m., Andrew Lee Moore, 39, of 824 Navaho Drive, Raleigh, was charged with failure to appear in court for speeding and driving with a revoked license.

▪  July 9, 2:45 a.m., Ephrain Hershel Wenstley, 39, of 44 Winsock Lane, Raleigh, was charged with assault and battery.

▪  July 10, 3:30 a.m., Jacob Michael Fred Ashley, 21, of 620 Lakeview Drive, Raleigh, was charged with drunken driving.

▪  July 10, 10 a.m., Calvin Ellis Jenkins, 64, of 337 Bayleigh Court, Garner, was charged with injury to personal property and communicating threats.

▪  July 10, 11:59 a.m., Federico Virgilio Pinnock, 35, of 325 Railroad St., Knightdale, was charged with trafficking cocaine and maintaining a place to sell it.

▪  July 11, 10:40 a.m., Ivan Augusto Obregon-Cabezas, 26, of 1221 University Court, Raleigh, was charged with misdemeanor stalking in Johnston County, communicating threats and second-degree trespassing.

▪  July 11, 4 p.m., Joshua Brandon Alvarado, 24, of 122 Shady Lawn Court, Garner, was charged with resisting a public officer.

▪  July 12, 4:45 a.m., Corey Thomas Fulford, 25, of 1121 Rofllur St., Garner, was charged with disorderly conduct.

▪  July 13, 1:30 p.m., Carolyn Cooper Crews, 65, of 700 Coleman St., Raleigh, was charged with misdemeanor larceny.

▪  July 8, 8:33 a.m., employees at A to Z Cellular in the 4600 block of Fayetteville Road reported $7,600 worth of cell phones stolen from their store.

▪  July 8, 6:43 p.m., employees at Target in the 2700 block of Timber Drive reported someone trying to steal gift cards from their store. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 9, 12:50 a.m., police reported a liquor offense at a home in the 100 block of Oregon Trail. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 9, 2:06 a.m., someone reported they were assaulted at a motel in the 1400 block of U.S. 70. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 9, 10:03 a.m., someone reported they were threatened and their tires slashed at their home in the 300 block of Whithorne Drive.

▪  July 10, 2:45 a.m., police responded to a drunken driving incident in the 100 block of Jones Sausage Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 10, 2:58 a.m., police responded to a drunken driving incident in the 1400 block of Beichler Road. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 10, 6:59 p.m., someone reported their smart phone stolen from an office building in the 4700 block of Fayetteville Road.

▪  July 10, 11:59 a.m., police responded to a drug offense in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Mechanical Boulevard.

▪  July 11, 8:15 a.m., someone reported their car was broken into and someone stole electronic cigarettes from their car in a parking lot in the 1100 block of Brucemont Drive.

▪  July 11, 9:55 a.m., someone reported their propane tank stolen from their home in the 100 block of Avery Street.

▪  July 11, 10:18 a.m., State Employees Credit Union reported credit card fraud in the 900 block of Bryan Place.

▪  July 11, 11:35 a.m., employees at Walmart in the 4500 block of Fayetteville Road reported someone shoplifting clothes from their store. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 11, 2:32 p.m., police reported someone resisting arrest in the 100 block of Shady Lawn Court. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 11, 4:13 p.m., employees at Target in the 2700 block of Timber Drive reported someone shoplifting purses, bags, wallets and a car seat. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 11, 9:28 p.m., someone reported their car damaged in the 1500 block of Aversboro Road.

▪  July 12, 4:37 a.m., police responded to an incident of disorderly conduct at a medical facility in the 400 block of U.S. 70 East.

▪  July 12, 7:35 a.m., David Landscape LTP in the 100 block of Rupert Road reported someone stole a black fence, garden vehicles and someone trespassing on their site.

▪  July 12, 6:29 p.m., Wake County Public School System reported a burglary and vandalism at Garner Magnet High School in the 2100 block of Spring Drive. Someone damaged a wood door with glass window.

▪  July 12, 11:04 p.m., an employee at Chick-fil-A in the 200 block of Shenstone Boulevard reported someone paid with a counterfeit bill.

▪  July 13, 7:32 a.m., Overland Contracting in the 600 block of North Greenfield Parkway reported someone stole a pressure washer, safety tools and a utility trailer.

▪  July 13, 1 p.m., Capital Skill Center in the 100 block of U.S. 70 East reported someone stole more than $2,100 in cash from them.

▪  July 13, 1:55 p.m., employees at Cabela’s in the 200 block of Cabela Drive reported a credit card fraud at their store.

▪  July 13, 8:59 p.m., someone reported a burglary at a residential place in the 100 block of Johnson Street.

▪  July 13, 10:19 p.m., someone reported their home was broken into in the 1600 block of Plantation Pine Circle.

▪  July 13, 10:53 p.m., police reported someone violating town ordinances in the 1600 block of Timber Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 14, 12:18 p.m., someone reported a drug offense at a school in the 2600 block of Timber Drive. The case was cleared by arrest.

▪  July 14, 5:57 p.m., employees at Burlington Coat Factory in the 1200 block of Timber Drive East reported someone stealing ties and cuff links from their store.

▪  July 14, 8:56 p.m., someone reported their 1998 silver Honda Accord stolen in the 200 block of Gatewood Drive. The car was recovered.
