Pet of the Week: Mojo

Get to know him: Mojo is a young boy available for adoption through Second Chance Pet Adoptions. He has a lot of energy and enjoys running and playing in the backyard – sometimes a little too much. He is a good boy but needs a higher fence than the 4-foot one at his foster home. While in the house, he has wonderful manners and lies around with the kids. He does well with kids of all ages and is house- and crate-trained.

For more information: Second Chance Pet Adoptions is the oldest no-kill animal rescue in the Triangle. Cat adoption fees are $85 for cats and kittens over two years and $100 for cats and kittens up to two years of age. Dog adoption fees are $195 and cover spaying or neutering, vaccinations, parasite and heartworm testing and microchips. Second Chance’s dogs, puppies and kittens live in foster homes, which allows for improved socialization and training. Adult cats live in the adoption center at 6003 Chapel Hill Road, Suite 133, Raleigh. For more details, call 919-851-8404, email secondchance@secondchancenc.org or go to www.SecondChanceNC.org.
