Horizons: Touching the Sky
The Pastel Society of N.C. will host an exhibition titled “Horizons: Touching the Sky” from Sept. 5-28 at the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences, 11 W. Jones St., Raleigh. A reception will be from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5.
Art students’ exhibit

Raleigh Little Theatre

“Christmas with the Karountzoses”

Tour of Artists
The Annual Tour of Artists will be Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, in historic downtown Wake Forest. The event has 62 artists registered for participation across 16 sites. Galleries and studios in and around town will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7. N.C. State University Theatre
N.C. State University Theatre has announced its 2014-15 season. Season tickets cost $62; $58 for senior citizens, NCSU faculty and staff, alumni association members, parents association members and students; and $48 for NCSU students. Pick three showings for $48. Individual tickets cost $16-$18.
