Lucky 13 party
The Caring Community Foundation will host its 13th annual Pay It Forward fundraiser, “Lucky 13,” at 7 p.m. at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel, 4100 Main at North Hills St., Raleigh. Founded in 2001, the Caring Community Foundation has processed more than 2,100 grant requests and given more than $1.35 million directly to cancer patients. The Knights of Columbus will hold its second annual Fall Music Festival at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at 4301 Columbus Club Drive, Raleigh.
