The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department will host Halloween Spooktacular from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Flaherty Park Community Center, 1226 N. White St. The event is a free, family-oriented festival for children 12 and younger. This year’s festivities will include a costume contest, face painting, a haunted maze and cupcake walk, and more.
