Dubis to speak on state budget
Melanie Dubis, a partner at Parker Poe, will speak at the Timely Topics luncheon of the League of Women Voters of Wake County at noon Friday, March 23, at the N.C. State University Club, 4200 Hillsborough St., Raleigh. Dubis will speak about how the state’s budget cuts in education, particularly in preschool education, relate to the Leandro case.
