‘Last Days’ for students
“Last Days,” a summer rally for students, is scheduled from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at Stillwater Ministries Camp, 1200 Cornwallis Road in the Cleveland community. The event will feature celebrity testimonies, horse-and-cart rides, a cornhole tournament, human foosball tournament, food, games, singing, dramas and a movie on the lawn.
DivorceCare in Clayton
A new DivorceCare group will launch Sept. 2 at Horne Memorial United Methodist Church, 121 E. Church St., Clayton. The group’s purpose is to help people going through separation and divorce find help, hope and healing through support, encouragement and a safe environment for sharing concerns.
