•  Steven Douglas Morton, 53, of 613 N. Seventh St., Smithfield, was charged Oct. 4 with assault on a female.

•  Connie Pittman Eason, 64, of 975 Hatcher Road, Selma, was charged Oct. 4 with misdemeanor larceny.



•  Police say a Wendell man suffered minor injuries in an assault Oct. 4 on North Bright Leaf Boulevard.



•  Anthony Stephen Picariello, 22, of 45 Bradford St., Smithfield, was charged Oct. 6 with breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.



•  David Blaney Hocutt, 45, of 603 North St., Lot H, Smithfield, was charged Oct. with violating probation and intimidating a witness.



•  Brittany Elizabeth Wilkinson, 26, of 112 Harding Drive, Clayton, was charged Oct. 9 with shoplifting.



•  Reyna Isabel Rodriguez Avila, 47, of 134 Ray Drive, Smithfield, was charged Oct. 10 with misdemeanor larceny.



•  Isis Laura Alvarez, 23, of 112 Hunting Drive, Selma, was charged Oct. 10 with possessing stolen property.



•  Allison Elizabeth Gerrell, 27, of 61 S. Sussex Drive, Smithfield, was charged Oct. 10 with communicating threats and second-degree trespassing.



•  Shannon Marie Burnette, 37, of 507 Caswell St., Smithfield, was charged Oct. 11 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.



•  Smithfield police are investigating a burglary Oct. 11 at I&R Auto at 300 W. Market St.



•  Trevonn Tywan Reddick, 21, of 103 Hill St., Smithfield, was charged Oct. 11 with assault on a female.



•  Jason Ray McKeel, 29, of 199 Paceville Road, Selma, was charged Oct. 11 with violating a domestic violence protection order.



•  William Christopher Baker, 43, of 71 Galilee Road, Lot 6, Smithfield, was charged Oct. 12 with assault on a female.



•  Mark Burwell, 40, of 71 Galilee Road, Lot 12, Smithfield, was charged Oct. 12 with assault on an officer, resisting an officer and carrying a concealed weapon.



•  Teresa Ellen Shipley, 44, of 352 Holland Drive, Smithfield, was charged Oct. 12 with assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault and second-degree trespassing.



Sheriff’s Office

•  Dale Raeford Williams, 43, of 4754 Glendale Road, Kenly, was charged Oct. 4 with disorderly conduct.



•  Brandon Lee Sizemore, 26, of 5581 Cleveland Road, Clayton, was charged Oct. 4 with domestic assault on a female and assault on a child under age 12.



•  Mark Anthony Hill, 50, of 2105 Fort Drive, Clayton, was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree trespassing and injuring personal property.



•  Ebbie Jerrell Quick, 26, of 8072 Harper House Road, Newton Grove, was charged Oct. 5 with communicating threats, assault on a female and first-degree trespassing.



•  Angela Walton Alvarez, 58, of 91 Autumn Woods Lane, Willow Spring, was charged Oct. 5 with simple assault.



•  John Ramon Alvarez, 58, of 91 Autumn Woods Lane, Willow Spring, was charged Oct. 5 with domestic assault on a female.



•  Casey Mark Stokes, 21, of 1776 Woodard’s Dairy Road, Middlesex, was charged Oct. 5 with four counts of felony larceny and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense.



•  The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the Oct. 4 burning of a mobile home and Chevrolet TrailBlazer at Paris Villa Drive near Selma.



•  Theron John Kammerer, 43, of 3435 Rains Crossroads Road, Princeton, was charged Oct. 5 with communicating threats and two counts of assault on a female.



•  Rosalio Gonzalez Osorio, 43, of 706 W. Railroad St., Selma, was charged Oct. 5 with assault on female, driving while impaired and driving while his license was revoked.



•  The Sheriff’s Office is searching for a horse stolen Oct. 5 from 2760 Godwin Lake Road near Benson.



•  The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the Oct. 6 theft of three Hino Rollbac wreckers from 13401 U.S. 70 Business West, Clayton.



•  Taylor Austin Berg, 17, of 149 Hadley Lane, Clayton, was charged Oct. 7 with injuring personal property and cyber stalking.



•  William Matthew Lee, 27, of 79 Nicholas Court, Angier, who charged Oct. 8 with possessing a stolen automobile. He was charged Oct. 3 with five counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, seven counts of financial card theft and obtaining property by false pretense.



•  Danny Rayvon Hall Jr., 33, of 206 Southerland Road, Clayton, was charged Oct. 8 with domestic assault on a female.



•  An air-conditioner worth $3,000 was stolen Oct. 7 from the back of a building in the 700 block of Ranch Road near Clayton.



•  The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the Oct. 9 theft of a 2005 Chrysler Sebring from open land in the 5000 block of Hickory Crossroads Road near Princeton.



•  Satchel Tobias Needham, 17, of 301 S. Lombard St., Clayton, was charged Oct. 9 with simple assault.
