Ash Wednesday service – 6:30 p.m. Feb. 18 in the sanctuary. Mark the beginning of Lent by acknowledging sinfulness and mortality while seeking repentance. Receive ashes on your forehead during this service of reflection, scripture and song.
Palm Sunday – March 29, with traditional worship services at 8:30 and 11 a.m. in the sanctuary and a contemporary worship at 9:45 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
Maundy Thursday service – 7 p.m. April 2 in the sanctuary.
Good Friday service – 7 p.m. April 3 in the sanctuary.
Easter Sunday – April 5, with traditional worship services at 8:30 and 11 a.m. in the sanctuary and a contemporary worship at 9:45 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

Grace Episcopal Church has a busy February on tap. On Feb. 15, David Crabtree, an Episcopal deacon and WRAL anchor, will moderate a panel discussion at 9:30 a.m. and speak during a Communion service at 10:30 at the church, 111 Lee Court, Clayton. An Ash Wednesday Communion service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Feb. 18. A men’s breakfast is scheduled for 8 a.m. Feb. 21. Melvin McPhearson, a career Army Man and ordained minister, will speak on “Men and Faith.” “A Journey with Mark,” a six-week exploration through scripture and art, will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 22. “Listening to God,” an ancient practice of prayer and scripture, meets from noon to 12:45 p.m. Tuesdays at the church.
