Starting July 1, a number of Johnston County school will have new principals.
At Cleveland Middle School, Jenna Sauls, an assistant principal at Cleveland High School, will succeed Kendrick Byrd, who will become principal of Cleveland High, replacing Anne Meredith, who is retiring.
At South Johnston High School, David Pearce, currently principal of Four Oaks Elementary School, will succeed Eddie Price, who’s moving to the central office as area supervisor of middle and high schools. Kathy Parrish will replace Pearce at Four Oaks Elementary.
At West Clayton Elementary School, Kristina Benson, assistant principal at Dixon Road Elementary School, will succeed Dolores Gill, who’s moving to the central office as area supervisor of elementary schools.
At Wilson’s Mills Elementary School, Andrea Jones, assistant principal at Glendale-Kenly Elementary School, will replace James Stoke, who will become principal of McGee’s Crossroads Elementary School, replacing Terry Weakley, who is retiring.
