A round of applause for NLT
Congratulations to the Neuse Little Theatre for its September plunge into its 41st season with a spectacular production of “Auntie Mame.”
The show was a shining example of the incredible amount of talent, in all areas of theater, that leaves audiences in awe and thoroughly entertained.
No one outside the theater can know the incredible amount of hard work that goes into each show, and the public is certainly blessed with dedicated directors, actors, musicians, singers, artists, set builders and other behind-the-scenes volunteers who give so much of themselves to the cause. Sometimes they are stars of a show, and sometimes they sweep up after sets are removed. You won’t see that kind of devotion on Broadway or in any other realm of show business.

One would have to look far, and likely have no success, in finding a community theater as vibrant and enduring as the NLT.
Here’s lookin’ at you kids, and hoping to see you for a long time to come.
