‘Time and Space’

The Concert Singers of Cary Symphonic Choir and the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle will present “Time and Space” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. Tickets cost $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and students. For details, go to concertsingers.org.

Triangle Youth Jazz Ensemble

The Triangle Youth Jazz Ensemble’s fall concert will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. Tickets cost $8 for adults and $4 for school-age children. For details, call 919-645-8434 or go to philharmonic-association.org.

Friends of the Page-Walker Concert Series

The Friends of the Page-Walker Concert Series will be this fall at 4 p.m. Sundays in the Page-Walker Arts & History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary. Tickets to each performance cost $15 at the Cary Arts Center box office, 101 Dry Ave. Tickets are also available at www.etix.com. Here’s the schedule:

• Dec. 14: Raleigh’s Boychoir Millennium Chorus.



• Jan. 25: Tony Williamson.

Carolina Puppet Theatre

Art reception

A reception for the artists and artwork of the Fuquay-Varina Community Center will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at 820 S. Main St., Fuquay-Varina.

‘Tar Heel Tales’

The Cary Playwrights’ Forum will present “Tar Heel Tales,” a production of six short plays by North Carolina playwrights with live music, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, and 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at The Cary, 122 E. ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’

The Cary Players will present a live radio play, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4; 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5; 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6; 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7; and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. Tickets cost $20 for adults, $18 for seniors, $18 for students and $17 each for a group of 20 or more. Holiday Open House

Fine Arts League of Cary

A reception and award ceremony for the Fine Arts League of Cary’s Annual Member Exhibition will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary. More than 75 artists’ work will be featured. For details, go to www.fineartsleagueofcary.org.

‘Celebrating the Joys of the Season’

‘Holiday Pops’

Arts & Crafts Festival

The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club’s annual Arts & Crafts Festival will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, and Sunday, Jan. 18, at Windsor Point, 1221 Broad St., Fuquay-Varina. All local community members and students are welcome to enter their work. Literature entries are due Friday, Dec. 5, and arts and crafts entries are due Monday, Jan. 12.
