Annual Members Exhibition
The Fine Arts League of Cary’s Annual Members Exhibition will be on display through Friday, Jan. 2, at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Billy Jonas Band
The Billy Jonas Band will perform at 3 p.m. for families and kids and at 8 p.m. with Cary Cooper on Saturday, Jan. 10, at The Cary, 122 E. Chatham St., Cary. Tickets for the 3 p.m. show cost $10 for adults and $5 for children. Tickets for the 8 p.m. show cost $20 to $25 for adults, $15 for students who are 13 or older and $10 for ages 12 and younger. Arts & Crafts Festival
The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club’s annual Arts & Crafts Festival will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, and Sunday, Jan. 18, at Windsor Point, 1221 Broad St., Fuquay-Varina. All local community members and students are welcome to enter their work. Arts and crafts entries are due Monday, Jan. 12. Dinner And a Concert
The Cary Senior Center and Marvelous Music Mainstage Series will host a dinner and concert by the Artie Shaw Orchestra from 5:30-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the Cary Arts Center, 101 Dry Ave. The event is for ages 50 and older. Call for artists
The Fuquay-Varina Downtown Association will accept submissions for “Bengal Tigers on Parade” through Friday, Jan. 30. Artists must be in high school or older. Artists will receive a $250 stipend for the cost of acrylic paints. For details, go to www.fuquay-varinadowntown.com.
