The interactive HungerU mobile exhibit will make a stop from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in the Hanes Lot behind Memorial Hall on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus.
The exhibit encourages the public to learn about challenges related to global hunger and solutions for feeding the world.
“HungerU helps build awareness of the hunger issue and the critical role modern agriculture plays by putting food on our tables,” said Tracee Shiebel, a traveling member of the HungerU Crew, in a statement.
The HungerU group is visiting a total of eight universities, including UNC, as part of its spring tour. The exhibit has visited nearly 70 universities across the nation in the past two and a half years.
