A Vance County woman was arrested at the Wake County Justice Center on Tuesday on warrants charging she stole 33 cell phones from two Johnston County Walmart stores and a warrant accusing her of conspiring to commit larceny at a Walmart in Fuquay-Varina.
Wake sheriff’s deputies were waiting Tuesday afternoon when Donyele Denise Perry, 29, of 518 Hilliard St. in Henderson finished a court hearing on an earlier larceny charge from Zebulon police.
In the latest warrants, Smithfield police charged that Perry had taken 23 Samsung and Apple phones from the Walmart at 1299 N. Brightleaf Blvd. on Oct. 21.
Johnston County sheriff’s deputies charged her with taking 10 phones, also Samsung and Apple, from the store at 5141 N.C. 42 West on Jan. 16.

Fuquay-Varina detectives charged Perry with conspiring with a man to commit larceny at a Walmart and with bypassing anti-theft devices on merchandise on Nov. 10. Wake County arrest records show no charges against the man.
Perry was to appear in Wake County court Wednesday on the charge from Fuquay-Varina, and state court records show she is due in Johnston County court on Friday.
The same records show Perry with court dates in Alamance, Granville, Person, Vance and Franklin counties on a range of charges and in Wake County again March 30 on a larceny charge.
Perry was released Tuesday on $30,000 bail.
