Raleigh police issue Silver Alert for missing woman

Police have issued a Silver Alert for Tomeka Annette Moody, 38, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

She was last seen Jan. 12 at the Walmart store located at 4431 New Bern Ave.

Moody stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black hooded coat and blue jeans.

While no foul play is believed to be involved in her disappearance, the police are assisting efforts to locate her.

Anyone who believes they may know the woman's whereabouts or believe they may have seen her since Jan. 12 should call 911.
