Dozens of people were arrested on drug- and alcohol-related charges Friday night at a concert at the Walnut Creek Amphitheater in Raleigh.
State Alcohol Law Enforcement officers made 65 arrests on charges including 25 felonies, the agency stated in a news release. The agency said its operation was in response to complaints about illegal drug activity.
The rock group Phish, known for extended improvisational “jams,” was performing Friday night at the amphitheater.
