Wake County school buses were involved in two crashes Wednesday morning, but no students were hurt, officials in Morrisville and Raleigh said.
The first crash happened at Perry Creek Road and Filbin Creek Drive about 6:40 a.m., Raleigh police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said.
There were no students on the bus, they said. Two people in the other vehicle were taken to Duke Raleigh hospital to be checked, Hourigan reported.
Just after 8:30 a.m., a bus with five student aboard was in collision at Morrisville Carpenter Road and Gratiot Drive, Morrisville town spokeswoman Stephanie Smith said.

Another vehicle hit the back of the bus, Smith said.
