Two arrested in Zebulon on heroin trafficking charges

Police arrested two people Friday and charged them with conspiring to traffic heroin.

Zebulon Police arrested Tony Andre Williams and Nija Moja Maria Headley with 200 bags of heroin, according to arrest warrants.

Williams, 30, was on probation for a 2010 misdemeanor drug offense. He lives in Halifax County.

Headley, 26, lives in Raleigh. She spent four months in prison after a 2009 arrest for conspiring to sell drugs.

Both remain at the Wake County Detention Center on $1 million bond.
