Police have charged a man who lives at a Wake County homeless shelter with 21 counts of breaking into or entering cars and 18 counts of misdemeanor larceny during one night in August.
Hector Ramon Parrilla Jr., 47, whose address is listed as the Wake County Men’s Shelter at 1420 S. Wilmington St., was held on $225,000 bail and ordered to appear in court Friday on the felony breaking-or-entering charges.
Court calendars show Parrilla has a first appearance scheduled Monday on the larceny counts.
According to arrest warrants, the cars were entered on Aug. 2 and 3.
