Police accused Callis of armed robbery at a Subway store on East Williams Street on Nov. 28 and an ABC store on the same street on Dec. 8.
Callis got out of prison Aug. 1, 2013, after serving a sentence for two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon at a GNC store in Apex in February 2008, Stephens and state prison records said.
