Police and U.S. Marshals arrested a 34-year-old man Tuesday on charges that he killed his 3-month-old daughter last month.
The marshals’ Joint Fugitive Task Force members arrested Fredrick Wayne McLucas in the 300 block of Crutchfield Street about 4 p.m., officials said.
Police had sworn out an arrest warrant for McLucas earlier in the day, charging him with murder in the death of Isabella McLucas.
Isabella was pronounced dead after emergency medical personnel were called to an address in the 1100 block of Gurley Street on Jan. 31, having been told that someone had gone into cardiac arrest.
